Who is Mandragora?

Mandragora — also known as holasoyneto — is a Mexican-born, Toulouse-based DJ and producer. Not the plant, not the anime: the DJ.

Born in Mexico, came up on Brazil's psytrance circuit, based in Toulouse, France since 2021.

The project is built on Futureprog, his own take on progressive psytrance: melodic, groove-first, made for the sunrise slot. There's a second side too: house sets with Latin swing, played in clubs.

The 2026 tour runs across Europe, North America and Australia — festivals, clubs and Berlin's HÖR radio. Tour dates on this site update live; see where he plays next, or bring the show to your city.

The name

Searching "Mandragora" finds many things — a mythical root, an anime, other acts. This site is the official home of Mandragora the DJ/producer (holasoyneto). When in doubt: if it grooves, it's this one.
